We are proud to welcome a huge range of exhibits (and their owners!) to the Bromyard Gala. If you have something you want to display at the Gala, then the process is a simple one.
Stage One
The first stage is to download and print our standard entry form, then complete and sign to confirm your exhibit meets our Health and Safety requirements.
Stage Two
You will then need post the application to the address shown on the form. Post the application with one self-addressed envelope. Please note, one wristband will be  given in return for exhibiting at the Gala and a second wristband can be purchased for an additional £5.
The closing date for applications is Thursday June the18th.
Stage Three
Your reply will include any information you need and will also give you instructions for the Gala 2026 event. Your wristband/s will arrive approximately a week before the event.
