How to exhibit at the gala 2019

We are proud to welcome a huge range of exhibits (and their owners!) to the Bromyard Gala. If you have something you want to display at the Gala, then the process is a simple one.

Stage One

The first stage is to download and print or standard entry form, then complete and sign to confirm your exhibit meets our Health and Safety requirements.

Stage Two

You will then need to post the form to the relevant steward (details below) with two self-addressed envelopes enclosed (one will be returned with your pass for 2019, the other will be an invitation to 2020's event.) Please note, one weekend pass is given in return for exhibiting at the Gala. Exhibitors are welcome to purchase ONE additional pass at a reduced rate of £5, and this payment should be enclosed with your entry form. Further guests will need to purchase full-price tickets, which can be done here.

Stage Three

Your reply will include any information you need and will also give you instructions for the Gala weekend. Your pass should arrive a few weeks before the event- please be patient with this as our Stewards are working on a voluntary basis.
