We are proud to welcome a huge range of exhibits (and their owners!) to the Bromyard Gala. If you have something you want to display at the Gala, then the process is a simple one.
 
Stage One
The first stage is to download and print our standard entry form, then complete and sign to confirm your exhibit meets our Health and Safety requirements.

Stage Two
You will then need email the relevant section steward (email details below) for the correct postal address.Post the application with two self-addressed envelopes enclosed (one will be returned with your pass for 2022, the other will be used to send an invitation to the 2023 event). Please note, two wristbands will be  given in return for exhibiting at the Gala.
 
Stage Three
Your reply will include any information you need and will also give you instructions for the Gala weekend. Your wristbands will arrive approximately a week before the event.
Please be patient as our Stewards are working on a voluntary basis.
