Getting Here

From Bromyard, follow signs to Bishops Frome on the B4214. Follow this road for half a mile and you will arrive at the permanent home of the Gala, Burgess Farm.

We are located around 30 minutes drive from the cities of Hereford and Worcester, where the nearest train stations are. There are local buses but we recommend checking weekend schedules before setting off.

We are offering a free shuttle bus service over the weekend between the Gala site and Bromyard, starting at 10am from Pump Street, through the town, and up Winslow Road on a 'Stop and Hail' service.

Parking at the Gala site is free.

Places to stay

If you are planning to stay in the area, we recommend exploring Visit Herefordshire, which has a directory of local accommodation.

Please be aware that ours is a very rural community, and as such local transport links between villages and towns may be limited, especially on Sundays. We advise taking this into consideration when booking accommodation.

Where can I buy tickets?

Advanced tickets will be available at substantially reduced rates until the week before the event. These can be purchased online here, or from the Sales Caravan in the Co-Op Car Park (Tenbury Road, Bromyard).

I attend the Gala every year, is there any discount for me?

Perhaps you should explore our Membership options!

My business is interested in working with the Gala, what do I do?

You can explore our Sponsorship options here. We're always looking to partner up with local enterprises so please get in touch with Jenny Hall 07813 188476.

Can I bring my own food and drink to the Gala?

Yes, you may bring food and soft drinks with you. However we have a number of great catering options serving fantastic local food, so please support them. We do not allow alcohol to be brought onto site at all, but we do have our own Bar. ID will be requested in line with the Challenge 25 Policy to prevent underage alcohol being sold or consumed on site.
